It captures all the activities that link the organization with the people it employs. HR take in a broad set of activities, which aim towards employee Recruitment and selection, orientation, placement and separation, job and performance appraisal, training and development, career planning, Employee security safety and health and  records and documentations other routine activities.

Human Resource Administration Directorate classified in to two broad Teams, Human Resource Administration Team and Record and Documentation Team.

Human Resource Administration Team, Record and Documentation

Main Objectives:

  • Maintain Organization’s human Resources.
  • Establish and maintain a harmony working environment.
  • Creating Well-trained and motivating employees.
  • Handling customer compliances.
  • Squiring Employees information’s.
  • Increase internal and external Customers satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Teams


  • Plans, organizes & leads all activities of HR Planning and performance Management of FIIDCA
  • Provides leadership in decision making & setting standard for the team which are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Provides professional guidance & coaching to staff and regular & informal feedback on performance.
  • Undertakes regular and formal reviews of staff performance based on agreed key performance indicators.
  • Ensures whether the activities performed by the team are adhered to law, rules and regulations.
  • Taking care of any complaints presented as the team’s practices and respond accordingly.
  • Reviews HR gap analysis document so as to develop & manage HR supply and utilization strategic priorities.
  • Maintaining employee profile BY USING computer.
  • Provide Quality and timely serves for Internal and External customers
  • Develop records and documentations system.
  • Maintain Employee profiles on timely basis.
  • Reviews and submits performance evaluation reports.
  • Communicates work units to include their input for HR supply & retention strategy formulation.
  • Undertake record and documentations activities.
  • Perform other related activities assigned by HR Director.
